1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to SA Property Tools ("SA Property Tools", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sapropertytools.co.za, including all calculators, educational content, articles, guides, generated documents and related services (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using the Site.

SA Property Tools provides free, browser-based calculators and educational resources for South African property investors, developers and tradespeople. Our services may include:

Rental Agreement Generator: the document produced by this tool is a general lease template only. You are responsible for ensuring that the completed agreement complies with South African law — including the Rental Housing Act and Consumer Protection Act — and meets any signing, witnessing or municipal requirements applicable to your tenancy. SA Property Tools does not guarantee that a generated document will be suitable or legally sufficient for every circumstance.

4. Accuracy of Calculations

We make every reasonable effort to keep our calculators aligned with current SARS tax brackets, SARB interest rates and standard South African market benchmarks. However, no automated calculator can account for every possible legal, financial or factual circumstance.

Certain situations — including but not limited to non-standard ownership structures, cross-border transactions, disputed tenancies, business or trust structures, unusual financing arrangements and exceptional tax scenarios — may require specialist financial, tax or legal advice. While we continually review and update our calculators and content, we do not warrant that every calculation or article will always be complete, error-free or applicable to your particular circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability
